Step 1 — Download

Tap the Download button above

The file CivicMandate_DonutOfTime.html will save to your device's Downloads folder automatically.

Locate the file

Open your Files app and go to the Downloads folder. You'll see the file waiting for you.

Step 2 — Add to Home Screen

Open the file in Chrome

In your Files app, tap the downloaded file. If asked which app to open with, choose Chrome (not Samsung Internet or Firefox).

Tap the three-dot menu

In Chrome, tap the ⋮ menu in the top-right corner of the screen.

Find it on your home screen
